Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you (the organization using SealedApply, and the person signing up for it) and Huckleberry Co. LLC ("we"). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

SealedApply lets you collect job applications through an apply page and review them with your hiring team, with optional AI assistance. We may improve or change features over time.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your hiring decisions and for following employment, anti-discrimination, and privacy laws that apply to you.
• AI summaries and scores are advice. You agree that a person will review applications and make every decision.
• Only ask applicants for information you are allowed to collect.
• Keep your login secure and remove hiring team members who no longer need access.
• Don't use SealedApply for anything illegal, to send spam, or to collect sensitive data like government ID numbers or bank details.

Applicant data

You own the applications you collect. We process them only to provide the service, as described in our privacy policy.

Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance. Per-search purchases are non-refundable once the search receives its first application. Monthly plans renew until cancelled, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid month. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

Availability

We work to keep SealedApply available but don't guarantee uninterrupted service. We back up data regularly.

Ending service

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. After an account ends, data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.

Disclaimers and limits

SealedApply is provided "as is." To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
