The organization you applied to uses SealedApply to collect and review applications. We built this page so you know exactly where your information goes.
Who can see your application
Only the members of that organization's hiring team. Your application is not shared with other employers, and we never sell your information.
How AI is used
If the hiring team uses AI review, an AI model reads your application and compares it with the job description. It writes a short summary, a fit score, and interview questions for the hiring team. The AI does not see your name, photo, address, age, or other personal details we can remove first, and it never makes a decision. A person on the hiring team reviews every application. Questions about the job
Contact the organization directly. Their contact email is on the apply page and in your confirmation email. SealedApply staff can't answer questions about a specific job or tell you where you stand.
Deleting your information
Files are deleted after the search closes, on a schedule the organization sets (12 months at most by default). To ask for deletion sooner, email hello@sealedapply.com with the email address you applied with and the organization's name.
