What counts as a search?
One open position with its own apply page. A search stays open for up to 90 days on the per-search plan. You can extend it for another $79 if you need more time.
Is the first search really free?
Yes. Your first search is free with up to 25 applicants and no credit card. The hiring advisor is not included on the free search. You can upgrade that search at any time and the advisor will review every application you already have.
Do reviewers cost extra?
No. Every plan includes unlimited reviewers.
What does the hiring advisor cost?
Nothing extra. Summaries, scores, rankings with reasons, and interview questions are included on the per-hire and unlimited plans.
Can we cancel the monthly plan?
Yes, any time from your billing page. Your searches stay open until the end of the month you paid for.
Do you offer nonprofit pricing?
Our prices are already set with nonprofits and small teams in mind. If cost is still a barrier, email us.
Do you charge applicants?
Never. Applying is always free.
